At Distinctive Academy LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality education and services in cosmetology, esthetics, nails, lashes, and barbering. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in our programs or purchasing our services.

1. Tuition and Program Fees

All tuition deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your spot in the program and cover administrative costs.
Full program payments are refundable only under special circumstances (e.g., program cancellation by the academy).
Refunds for withdrawals or cancellations must be requested in writing. The amount refunded (if applicable) will be calculated based on the portion of the program completed at the time of withdrawal.

2. Kits, Books, and Materials

Kits, textbooks, and materials purchased as part of the program are non-refundable once issued.
Returned unused kits may be eligible for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

3. Services (Spa, Facials, Lash, Nails, etc.)

All service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
For pre-paid services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Online Courses / Digital Products

Digital courses, access to online portals, and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In rare cases (e.g., program cancellation by the academy, technical issues preventing online access, or other unforeseen circumstances), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund
