1. Enrollment and Program Terms

  • Enrollment in any course or program requires completion of the registration process and payment of the deposit or full tuition.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot in the program.

  • Students must meet all attendance, participation, and minimum hour requirements as outlined in the program syllabus.

  • The academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment or discontinue a student’s participation if policies are violated.

2. Payment Terms

  • Tuition, service fees, kits, and other products must be paid according to the selected payment plan.

  • Payments not received on time may incur late fees or suspension from courses or services.

  • Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods: cash, Zelle, credit card, etc.].

3. Services

  • All services, including spa treatments, facials, lashes, nails, and barbering, are provided by licensed professionals or supervised students.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • Pre-paid services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may forfeit the payment.

4. Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, course manuals, digital content, and training resources are the property of Distinctive Academy LLC.

  • Copying, distributing, or using academy materials for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Student and Client Conduct

  • Students and clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

  • Any harassment, theft, or violation of academy policies may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

7. Health and Safety

  • Students and clients must comply with all health and safety regulations while on academy premises.

  • Any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation in courses or services must be disclosed prior to enrollment or service.

8. Liability

  • Distinctive Academy LLC is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property while on academy premises.

  • Clients receiving services assume all risks associated with the treatment or procedure.

9. Website Use

  • Use of the Distinctive Academy LLC website is subject to applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

  • Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

  • The academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued enrollment, use of services, or website use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
